Easy effective techniques, explained and practised in a simple way make this toolkit so very useful. My favourite (after the chocolate meditation, of course 😁) has to be the Present Moment Meditation. I absolutely love using the breath to bring the mind to the here and now, and this technique helps me do that very effectively.
